However, we understand there may be times when you need some extra help from our support team. Because of this, once you've interacted with the Access Digital Assistant, you can now speak directly to the support team, without ever having to leave PeopleHR π₯
To do this, follow the steps below.
β οΈImportant: You can only do this if you already have access to raise a support case.
In PeopleHR, click the Digital Assistant icon.
Click Help with PeopleHR and type your question.
If the answer didn't help, select Talk to a person.
Click Yes.
