Elevating a user's access allows you to manage the level of access you grant to users within the planner.
To elevate someone's access to have full rights to another user's planner, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee record, then click Overview.
Click Edit Access Rights and select the relevant filters at the top to specify who this user will have access to.
Scroll down and change the Employee Planner field to either:
Update: Allows changes to the planner only.
Update with settings: Includes access to planner settings, such as employee entitlements.
Click Save.
πNote: For a user to see the employees they have edited access rights to, they need to go to the employee list, click Quick Filters and select Include proxy.
