Downloading a dashboard lets you access data offline, customise it, share it easily, back it up, and use it with other tools for deeper analysis. It gives you more control and flexibility over your data insights.
You can download the entire dashboard or individual visuals.
Download the entire dashboard
To download the entire dashboard, click the Download icon in the top right corner.
The downloading options are:
Download analysis as PDF: Exports the dashboard as it is shown on screen, with a page for each heading and visual.
Download analysis as PowerPoint: Exports the dashboard as it is shown on screen, with a page for each heading and visual.
Download visuals as PowerPoint: Exports the expanded view of each visual, including the data from the About tab of the info panel.
Download an individual visual
To download an individual visual, click into it to show the expanded view, then click the Download icon on the right.
You can download individual visuals as an image, a PowerPoint to export the visual representation, or a spreadsheet to export the data behind the visual.
