Access People Analytics Premium is an advanced analytics solution designed for HR professionals and business leaders to analyse, visualise, and gain insights from employee data.โ€ฏ

To access the analytics screens, cick Access Button image then click People Analytics.

The table below outlines the areas available in the People Analytics navigation bar.

Home

This shows the analysis you have set to be your home dashboard. If this has not been set it, it will provide you with a shortcut to the Guidebook area.

Guidebooks

View and drilldown on prebuilt out of the box analyses to get insight into your key business questions. People Management and Payroll Guidebooks area available by default.

Explore

Conduct ad hoc analysis on any metric in the solution. Explore the data and customise charts to suit your needs.

Captures

View your saved analyses.

Analyses

Allows you to turn the out of the box analytics available in Guidebooks into a bespoke dashboard you can share with stakeholders. Captures are used to create these dashboards.

Compare

Compare employeesโ€™ side by side in a comparison grid.

Search

Quickly find metrics, analysis, and employees that you have access to.

Data Exports

Access metrics and data so that you can embed it in portals, perform additional analysis in other BI solutions, or feed data and metrics to another data store. Data Exports can be used to access record level data, as well as pre-calculated metric values.

Preferences

Allows you change the language in People Analytics, update the display currency, and change chart preferences. Updating the display currency will override the admin option set in configuration settings and it will use the exchange rate set in the PeopleHR configuration area.
