When storing emails in an employee's record, for the tool to work, ensure the following are respected:
The API key is called Email Docs, and has access to all Document endpoints.
The sender's email address is of an active administrator in PeopleHR.
The total size of the email is less than 15MB.
The subject doesn't contain any special characters.
The email doesn't contain any attachments including headers or footers with images
