Email inbox feature not working

Emails forwarded to [email protected] are not attaching documents to employee records.

When storing emails in an employee's record, for the tool to work, ensure the following are respected:

  • The API key is called Email Docs, and has access to all Document endpoints.

  • The sender's email address is of an active administrator in PeopleHR.

  • The total size of the email is less than 15MB.

  • The subject doesn't contain any special characters.

  • The email doesn't contain any attachments including headers or footers with images
