If a code is not being generated, login to the integrations page and:
Ensure the timesheet setup has been completed correctly.
Access the TapIn-TapOut option, and make sure the Generate For a New Starter option is enabled.
If a clock-in code has not automatically been generated for an employee:
Manually enter a unique 6-digit code into the user's Employment tab under T&A ID field.
Access the iPad device menu, and click Email Codes To Me, then manually enter the code into the user's T&A ID field.
