Clock-in code not generated for an employee

Clock in code not generating for new starters.

If a code is not being generated, login to the integrations page and:

  1. Access the TapIn-TapOut option, and make sure the Generate For a New Starter option is enabled.

If a clock-in code has not automatically been generated for an employee:

  1. Manually enter a unique 6-digit code into the user's Employment tab under T&A ID field.

  2. Access the iPad device menu, and click Email Codes To Me, then manually enter the code into the user's T&A ID field.
