iPad error 'Please enter valid access code'

Error - EmployeeId doesn't exsits New IDs are not being recognised when users are trying to tap in with the iPad.

If you have created your own IDs for the users within the system, rather than using the system-generated codes through the system setup, the app would need to be uninstalled and then reinstalled, in order for the app to check for any updated codes and sync these up.
