To bypass this error message, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you're scanning the right QR code:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Mobile.
Click on the EYE icon next to the relevant location.
Click Test Rule button, and ensure the user's name is on that list.
Refresh the QR code by generating a new one.
Update the app. Ensure both IOS and Android mobile app versions are running on the latest version.
Reinstall the mobile app.
Clear cache for the app.
