API and Plugins area are admin only features and if you need someone else to access it they will need to be <b><a href="https://intercom.help/peoplehr-help-centre/en/articles/11885202-make-a-user-an-admin" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">marked as admin</a></b>.

How can I elevate someone's access rights to API and Plugins tab without making them an admin.
