In terms of material improvements we are in the process of delivering the elements of clearer navigation (breaking down functionality into modules).
Everything new that we develop has accessibility baked into it to a WCAG AA rating however, the projects that we have been working on have not delivered improvements to the mobile app or the core functionality of PeopleHR as of yet.
Currently there is no timeframe for when this will be actioned.
