To calculate the monthly salary, get the total year amount from PeopleHR and obtain weekly hours from Payroll: Work Pattern query and calculate the monthly amount as the total year amount divided by 12.
If the Pro-Rata setting is enabled, calculate the pro-rata amount as monthly salary divided by full month calendar days * worked calendar days.
