Incorrect work pattern assigned when creating new starters via API

Created a new starter through API and they aren't assigned to the correct work pattern.

Currently, the PeopleHR API doesn't support work pattern information when creating new starters.

It will by default assign the work pattern that you have selected in Access Button image then click HR Admin. Click Settings then Holiday & Absence then scroll down to Default Work Pattern (Weekly).
