When a scheduled "Reports To" change is set up to assign an employee to a manager who shares the same first and last name as a leaver, the change now correctly assigns to the active manager rather than the leaver profile.

When authorisation rules are amended (for example switching between "Anyone can approve", "All must approve", and "Approve in order specified"), the history shown under the clock icon now accurately reflects each change rather than always displaying "Anyone can approve".
