What's new

This PeopleHR release brings a series of fixes and platform enhancements.

  • When a scheduled "Reports To" change is set up to assign an employee to a manager who shares the same first and last name as a leaver, the change now correctly assigns to the active manager rather than the leaver profile.

  • When authorisation rules are amended (for example switching between "Anyone can approve", "All must approve", and "Approve in order specified"), the history shown under the clock icon now accurately reflects each change rather than always displaying "Anyone can approve".

  • When an administrator opens the Plugins tab in Settings, the page now loads reliably without showing an "Oops" error.

  • When the HR Assistant is asked for headcount broken down by Company, it now returns accurate figures grouped by Company, rather than falling back to a Department or Location breakdown.

  • When the HR Assistant is asked who directly reports to a specific manager, it now matches on both first and last name together, so results no longer include unrelated employees who share only one name component.

  • When working in the Applicant Tracking System, clicking Save on applicant record actions (Send Email, Email Team, Reject, Move Stage, Move/Copy) no longer triggers a full page refresh, and the active tab remains on Applicant instead of resetting to the Recruitment overview.

  • When viewing holiday carryover history via the clock icon on "Incl. Carried Over", the figure shown now correctly matches the carried-over balance for that year.

  • Fixed an issue in the New Employee List where the Advanced Search filter fields required multiple clicks to activate and the dropdown scroll position reset unexpectedly on each interaction.

  • Employee users with edited planner "Update" access rights can now add sickness entries on the mobile app, matching the behaviour available on the web app.
