As a customer of the Access Group, every PeopleHR user benefits from these security policies, which we call Access Identity.

In May 2021, we changed how you sign in to PeopleHR on desktop. The experience differs slightly depending on whether you use single sign-on (SSO) or two-factor authentication (2FA).

This change only affects the desktop application. It doesn't change the sign-in flow for mobile app users and consultants.

When your site uses Access Identity, you complete the login on the Access Identity screen. The first time you sign in, you set a new password. The steps depend on how you currently sign in:
