Company Planner, from Access Button

See holidays and other leave in your team, and select which employees to view.

The planner can show a heat map, which gives each day a different colour.

Me

  • Planner: in your planner, keep an eye on your attendance and log timesheets and assignments.

  • Personal: see your job information and salary. If your administrators allow it, you can also upload your own photo.

  • Documents: view your personal documents. If a document needs your signature, click the pending document to sign it electronically.

  • Logbook: your HR team can use this tab to store extra information on your record. You can fill in some logbooks yourself, and your HR team completes others. If you see a plus icon in the top-left corner of a logbook screen, you can add that type of logbook. Type the details, then click Save.

  • Contacts: update your personal contact information, emergency contacts and, if your HR team needs them, your bank details.

  • Skills and Thanks: if your company uses Thanks, you can give and receive thanks badges. Your Thanks tab shows the badges you've received and given. Each badge you receive links to a set of skills in Skills.

  • Performance: if your company uses the performance module, you can complete performance reviews and send feedback to your manager. You can launch your performance review and see past reviews.

Documents

See company documents that HR has shared with you, plus any links they've added. You can download and view documents here or in the PeopleHR mobile app.
