This might be caused by the following reasons:
If the continuous service date is in the future.
If the start date is in the future.
The required data is on another holiday year.
The planner needs to be refreshed. To do that:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Go to the employee's planner settings.
Change Holiday Year >, then select a reason and click Close.
Reset the holiday year to the previous value.
