You can move several applicants to another stage of your hiring pipeline in one go, so you don't need to update each applicant's record.
You need permission to manage applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Move applicants to another stage
You can move applicants from the Applicant Overview page:
Click Access Button
, then click ATS.
Click Applicant Overview, then click Bulk Actions next to New Applicants.
Select Move stages, then select the applicants.
Click Next, then select a stage in the Stage list.
Click Move.
đ Note: The Rejected stage isn't in the Stage list. To reject applicants in bulk, select Reject applicants in step three instead.
