Unable to complete right to work data import due to data loader validation messages.

We compiled below a list of right to work data worksheet validation messages and their description:

Details

Record already exists in excel

Review your worksheet data and adjust or remove the duplicate rows.

Right To Work record already exists in database.

Review the employee's right to work documents and adjust or remove your duplicate upload file.

'First Name' & 'Last Name' are not correct for given EmployeeId

To check the employee ID of your employees, check out their personal record.

Employee(s) with 'Employee Id' does not exist in system

In your worksheet, you have employee IDs that don't match those you store in PeopleHR.

Right to work 'valid from date' must be
before 'Employee start date'

To review your employee's start date, check out their personal record.

Valid from date is after Valid to date in excel file

Review your worksheet data and ensure the valid from date is before the valid to date.

DocumentId already exists in Excel

Review your worksheet data and adjust or remove the duplicate rows.

"Column_Name" contains invalid data

Ensure the column highlighted contains data with the same format, order and name as the original worksheet template.

DocumentId already exists in Database

Review your worksheet data and adjust or remove the duplicate rows.

"Column_Name" is Mandatory

Ensure you fill in the column highlighted.

Data Exceeded permissible limit

The data exceeds the character limit of the fields in PeopleHR.
