In PeopleHR, you have two types of tasks and as an admin, you can view all tasks assigned to everyone in the company.
Types of tasks
My Tasks
You can view the tasks assigned to you in PeopleHR. Simply click Tasks.
To complete a task, click it and then fill in the required information. Once happy, select Confirmation and click Save.
All Tasks
As an admin, you can view all tasks assigned in the company and as a manager, you can view tasks you have assigned to your team.
To view all outstanding tasks, select Hide Completed.
To create a new task, click the plus icon. As an admin, you can assign it to anyone. As a manager, you can assign it to employees reporting to you.
You also have the tasks grouped by status as follows:
Overdue: These are your tasks that have past their completion date.
New: Any new tasks that have come into your task inbox.
Due Today: Any open tasks that have a completion date of today.
Upcoming: Any open tasks that have a future completion date.
Completed: This tab will show all of your completed tasks.
Search or filter tasks
To filter or search for a specific task, do the following:
Select a date range.
Filter by category.
Search for a specific word.
Sort by columns by clicking on the column header.
Bulk complete Tasks
To complete tasks in bulk, follow the steps below:
In PeopleHR, click Tasks then click All Tasks.
Select any relevant tasks, click Mark completed.
Enter any relevant notes, click Confirm.
You can now see these tasks in Completed.
