Create an audit login query

Who has logged in on a specific day.

A login audit report will allow you to see what date and time employees have logged into the system.

To extract login information, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. On the left selection area, check the Login History option, and then from the right area select:

    • Login Date.

    • Login Time.

    • IP Address.

  4. Click Next and filter on Login Date to chose the desired day.

  5. Click Next and name your query, then click Next once again.

  6. This will run the query and provide you with all of the login data as per your filters.
