If your company pro-rata's your employee's public holidays public holidays, action the steps below.
Ensure the employee is assigned to a public holiday template.
Check if the employee has public holidays included in their entitlement.
Calculate their pro-rata entitlement without public holidays included in the full-time entitlement, then manually count the number of public holidays that fall on a working day.
Add both figures together.
πNote: If an employee has public holidays included in their entitlement, only the public holidays that fall on working days will be deducted from their entitlement.
