Continuous service date error - 'There is at least one absence recorded...'

'There is at least one absence recorded in the employee planner prior to this date. Please remove absence(s) and try again.'

If you encounter this error whilst trying to edit an employee's continuous service date, you will need to remove the absence to fix the issue.

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click the relevant employee then click Planner.

  3. To change the holiday year calendar, click the arrow on the planner.

  4. Delete all the holidays, sick leave, other events, late, and timesheets.
