Admin can't delete a holiday

The holiday request is grayed out.

Once the approval process starts, the holiday can't be deleted until the request is decided.

The approver can delete the request from the Authorisation tab:

  1. Click the authorisation tab then select Quick Filters.

  2. Click All and search for the request.

  3. Click on the request and add comments.

  4. Click on Decline.

πŸ“ŒNote: This will automatically delete the holiday from the relevant employee's planner.
