The Cases tab on the left hand side can only be viewed by administrators. If you open the Cases tab, you can see any open cases relating to employees, such as disciplinary action, grievances, suspensions or simply just to make a note of something in relation to the employee.

The case management tab in PeopleHR can only be viewed by administrators. You will see there any open cases that you have.
If you click on the + icon you can start a new case:
You will then enter who the case is about in Employee list.
Enter the Summary.
Mark the status of the case [Open/Closed].
You can enter any Comments.
You can also Upload files.
Each case will have ID number that you will be able to run a Query on. See more about Queries.
The Cases tab only shows open cases. Once a case has been closed, it will available in the employee's record under Case Log.
πNote: Once a case is deleted, we are not able to retrieve it. Thus, deleted cases can't be tracked.
