When running the Mail Merge in Word tool, to resolve the error message Sorry, we couldn't find your file. Was it moved, renamed, or deleted?, create and use a completely new API key.
If you encounter an error saying Bad File name or number or String is longer than 255 characters, follow the steps below:
Download the tool again then make sure you don't change the location of the downloaded file, such as the Downloads folder.
Access the file location, and right-click on the tool.
Click Properties then select the Unblock tick box from the bottom right corner.
Click Apply.
Keep the file in the Downloads folder, and don't change its location.
Run the tool again.
