In Access People Analytics, Organisation is a field that holds hierarchy data for your organisation structure.
PeopleHR has fields for both company and department. These being independent fields and non-hierarchical, only the department data is sent in the Organisation field due to data incompatibility.
The Company field is still available against employees and can be filtered on.

Parent Organisation | Parent name | For department organisation level this is the PeopleHR account name. For the account level this is blank. |
