User configuration
All PeopleHR admins automatically have access to People Analytics with access to all content and all employee data across the organisation in the premium tier.
Access to Access People Analytics Premium cannot be granted to non-admin users. This feature will be available in the future.
Data mapping
For the data to appear in People Analytics and be categorised appropriately, you need to map it.
People Analytics uses a set of standardised terms, attributes, and metrics that relate, but do not match, the customer definable reference lists held within PeopleHR, such as voluntary resignation vs involuntary resignation.
📌Note: Mapping is applied automatically overnight, therefore any changes made take effect the following day.
Map Exit Type fields
The reason for leaving values need to map to the following Exit Types in People Analytics:
Resignation
Retirement
Termination
Reduction in Force
Disability Exit
Maternity Exit
If a reason for leaving is unmapped, it is by default mapped to Reduction in Force.
Map PeopleHR Reference Data Fields
To map the fields in PeopleHR, follow the below steps.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click People Analytics.
Select the mapping type from the PeopleHR Mapping Type dropdown.
For each PeopleHR Code, select a value from the People Analytics Codes dropdown to map to.
Click Save.
