If employee's clocks are showing incorrectly, for example one hour ahead or one hour behind, you will need to make sure you adjust the offset to the correct timezone to ensure they show correctly.

To do this you will need to go to:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then Mobile.
Click on the Location Name and correct the offset.
If when employees clock in they are showing as an hour behind you will need to move the offset one hour forward for example from +00:00 to +01:00 then the clock-in times will show correctly.
