When you see this error, follow the steps below:
Confirm your login details and URL with an admin.
Reset your password and check your email, including Junk/Spam folders.
Ask your HR or admin department to resend the welcome email then follow the steps within that email.
If you didn't get the welcome email, reach out to your IT for whitelisting our email server and reset your password again.
