Cancelling approved holidays

Is there any approval email sent for cancelled holidays.

Approvers will receive emails to when an employee book a holiday:

  • If the holiday request was delete after it's been approved: The approver will receive an email to inform them about the holiday withdrawal.

  • If the holiday request was deleted before it's approved 'Pending': No emails will be sent to the approver.
