Font and text differ in the document template preview

The text and font and size are different when previewing and issuing documents to what we set.

If the font and text are different in the preview than what you selected, this can be due to errors in the document format. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click Documents.

  3. Select the relevant document.

  4. In the text editor, select all of the text, then right-click.

  5. Select Copy, then press Delete on your keyboard.

  6. Click the <> HTML icon then select all of the text and delete it.

  7. Click Save, then click the relevant document to open it again.

  8. Paste your content as plain text, then click Save.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: To paste your content as plain text, press Ctrl + Shift + V on your keyboard.

When the text is not aligning with an image, you can follow the below steps.

  1. Drag the image, then select the text.

  2. Right-click the selected text, then click Align to the left.

  3. Insert a space after the above text, then select the text you want in the middle.

  4. Select the inserted text, right-click then select Align to the middle.

When the font is not changing after clicking to preview, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the text, then select a font in the fonts dropdown.

  2. Click Preview, then change the font back, by following step 1.
