Prevent employees from using timesheets and assignments

Is there a way to disable employees being able to add a timesheet/assignment entry in their planner themselves.

The ability to use timesheets and assignments is a default that can not be amended.

However, you can prevent them from amending their current timesheets by turning on virtual clock. The virtual clock only allows users to add the current time as the In or Out on their timesheet to prevent them from backdating this.

As an admin, you can set approval rules so that timesheets require approval or not and you can decline them but the ability of them to add the timesheets and assignments is a default one.
