The 'added by' field refers to the user name of who added the users to each stage.
The 'moved by' field reflects the above, and it will show each user's names that have actioned the movement of the stages in another row.
The 'applicant updated by' field shows the last user who has made any changes to the applicant record, where you can also have an updated date and time.
