You can't set an entitlement for Sickness in the system. If you want to use entitlements you can add the sick leave using <a href="https://intercom.help/peoplehr-help-centre/en/articles/11904790-add-amend-or-delete-an-employee-s-other-event" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Other events</a> which you can then set <a href="https://intercom.help/peoplehr-help-centre/en/articles/11905165-edit-entitlements-for-other-event" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">entitlements for.</a>
