TOIL accrual in days or hours

If someone's leave is measured in days they won't be able to accrue less than half a days TOIL, as it would need to be the same as their entitlement's measurement.

If a user has their entitlement measured in days, their TOIL would be in days and the same goes for the measurement in hours.

As a workaround, you can use other events and you can also create entitlements for them.
