Viewing unexpected sickness records

Employees can see other employees' sickness days.

To change what employees see on their company planner, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click Company.

  3. Scroll down to Employee Access, then select one of the following:

    • View Team Events [Excluding Sick Days].

    • View Location Events [Excluding Sick Days].

    • View Department Events [Excluding Sick Days].

    • View All Employee Events [Excluding Sick Days].
