Mail merge error - 'Access Denied'

Mail merge coming up with error message.

If you encounter this error:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Go to Settings then select API.

  3. Click on the relevant API key then make sure all the below endpoints are selected:

    • Employee

    • Salary

    • Documents

If you still encounter any errors, raise a new case with the following information:
