If you encounter this error, follow the steps below:
To see if there have been recent posts in regard to this error, check the PeopleHR status page.
If there is no mention of issues on the status page, log out of the system, clear your browser's cache, and log back in.
If clearing the cache didn't help, log into the system from a different browser and on incognito mode.
If the above did not solve the issue, reinstall your browser and ensure to use the most recent version.
If the issue persists after actioning all the above, raise a case with us mentioning:
The name of the users affected.
A screenshot of the error.
That you have granted us access to your system so we can investigate further.
