Holiday balance sheet

How can I get the outstanding holiday balance for my accounts team.

In order to set up the holiday balance sheet, you first need to download and install the Holiday Balance Sheet Report. Once you've done this, you need to create two queries with the following information.

Query one

Name: Annual Leave Feed Entitlement
Employee Id: No Filter
First Name: No Filter
Last Name: No Filter
Annual Leave Start Date: Select the relevant holiday year start date.
Annual Leave End Date:
Allowance (Days): No Filter

Query two

Name: Annual Leave Feed
Employee Id: No Filter
First Name: No Filter
Last Name: No Filter
Holiday Start Date: Select the relevant holiday year start date.
Holiday End Date:
Holiday Duration (Days): No Filter

Once you've created the queries, create an API key with access to QueryBuilder then follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Holiday Balance Sheet Report you installed then enter the API key you created.

  2. Enter the relevant cut-off date then select a location to save the file to.

  3. Enter the total entitlement and total taken then click Calculate.
