Public holiday data missing from timesheet report

Public holiday information not pulling across to our timesheet report.

Public holiday information is captured within the report named Payroll:Holidays.

πŸ“ŒNote: Public Holiday information will only be displayed in the query as long as the employee has the Entitlement includes public holidays option ticked within their planner settings.

If this is not ticked, the data will not be displayed and will present no clocks for the day. If it is ticked, it will present a personal holiday against the date as it will be pre-booked out of their annual leave entitlement.

If the issue is still present after ensuring that the above option is ticked, raise a case and provide:

  • An example of the report produced.

  • The name of the employee experiencing this.

  • Impersonation rights after confirming with the engineer their email address.
