I haven't received my consultant welcome email

A company added me as a consultant but I haven't received the welcome email.

If a company have added you to PeopleHR as a consultant but they aren't integrated with Access Evo (previously Access Workspace), you don't receive a welcome email. Instead, go directly to the URL that the company uses to log into PeopleHR, this is in the format companyname.peoplehr.net.

If you're already a consultant in PeopleHR for another company, you use the same login details for each company.

If you're a new consultant and you don't have any login details for PeopleHR, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the company's PeopleHR URL then enter your email address.

  2. Click Next then click Forgot your password?.

  3. Click Send me the code then enter the code you receive via email.

  4. Click Verify my email address then enter the password you want to use.

  5. Click Set my password.
