If you're unable to log into your PeopleHR account, this can be due to various factors. To resolve this, check each of the following in order.
Company login page
You need to ensure you're logging in using the correct login page for your company. You can find your company's unique URL in your PeopleHR welcome email.

If you're unsure which is your company's PeopleHR login page, click the login link, then enter your email address. You will be redirected to your company's login page.
Incorrect password
You may be entering an incorrect password when you try to log in. We recommend you reset your password and then attempt to log in again.
To ensure you enter the correct password, we recommend that you reset it.
๐Note: If you don't receive the reset password email, check your Spam and Junk folders.
Self-service
In order for you to log into PeopleHR, your admin needs to enable self-service. If you're unable to log in, we recommend you ask your admin to check that this is enabled.
Welcome email
If you've never logged into PeopleHR before, you can only log in via the link in the welcome email. If you haven't received this, you need to ask your admin to send this to you.

Email address
You need to ensure that the email address you're trying to log in with matches the email address your admin has entered against your PeopleHR account. If you're unsure which email address is associated with your PeopleHR account, you need to ask your admin.

Mobile app
If you're trying to log into PeopleHR for the first time, you need to do this via the web browser. You can only log into the mobile app once you've logged in via the web browser at least once.
