While on maternity or paternity leave, the system will update user's entitlement according to the value set in Next Year field and it won't update user's entitlement unless there is an accrual rule which will be the same for all users set, regardless of them being on maternity/paternity leave or not.
Accrue holidays while on maternity/paternity leave
If someone is on maternity or paternity leave, does the system automatically update their entitlement due to accrued days while off.
