Run a query on maternity and paternity leave.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. Select Maternity/Paternity, then select the relevant options for each query configuration screen.

  4. Click Next, then apply the relevant filters.

  5. Click Next, then give the query a name.

  6. Click Options, then click Edit:

    • If required, select the Include Leavers check box.

    • If required, select the Show History check box.

  7. Click Save, then Close.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you only want to see the exact dates the leave spans in the planner select Mat/Pat Actual Start Date and Mat/Pat Actual End Date only.
