When a vacancy is created within the system this will automatically save to the copy from the list.
The only way to have these not shown in the list is the removal of the full vacancy which is not advised if required for auditing purposes.

📌Note: If you are using a previous vacancy template, and the job title hasn't changed, be sure to check under the Job Information tab if your new job title is correct.
