The amount of hours worked should update only when the change of the holiday year is done before the start of it.

Example: If the date of change is 4th of October and you change the holiday year from January-December to October-September the hours won't reset as October started already but if you would have changed this before the start of October it should have reset it starting with the 1st of October.

A manual way to reset that column would be:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Select Holiday and Other Events then click on Holiday Accruals.
Choose your employees then click Next.
Click on the + icon and it will change to a -.
From there you can reduce the hours by an amount to reset it to 0.
Click Save on the top right.
