Accruals within Bulk Actions VS Accruals within Settings

I have set up user's planner entitlement for this year and next year but their hours are not changing based on their timesheets

We have two different Accrual features on the system. The Bulk Actions accrual rule is great for when employees are on an irregular working pattern and will accrue entitlement based on their hours worked. Their hours worked will need to be added manually:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Go to Bulk Actions then select Holiday and Other Events.

  3. Click on Holiday Accruals.

πŸ“ŒNote: The hours will not be added through timesheets

The other Accrual feature, found in Settings, is used to set up employees to accrue a set entitlement every month to eventually make up their yearly entitlement.

Timesheets are not related to any of these rules and the only value that will have an influence on the accrual amount is the one within:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then Holidays & Absence.

  3. The field beside Holiday Entitlement %.

πŸ“ŒNote: This value is the percentage of hours worked by the employee, as what will be converted back into holiday entitlement. You can edit this to suit your company policies.
