Run Payescape Payroll plugin

Extract the information to import it into the Payescape Payroll system

As a PeopleHR admin, with the Payescape Payroll plugin, you can gather core employee data and overtime hours, and put this information into a format that you can easily upload into Payescape Payroll.

Before running your report for Payescape, create a query with the following exact name Payroll : Payescape and the below areas and fields:

Employee Details (First Column):

  • Title

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth

  • Start Date

  • Department

  • NIS/SSN

  • Employee Status

Employment Details (First Column):

  • Payroll ID

Salary Details (First Column):

  • Payment Frequency

Contact Details (First Column):

  • Employee Address

  • Account Code (bank account no)

  • Account Name (bank account name)

  • Bank Code (sort code)

  • Bank Name (bank name)

  • Bank Address

  • Personal Email

Leavers (First Column):

  • Final Day of Employment

Work Pattern (First Column):

  • Working Hours

Run the Payescape Payroll plugin

To run the Payescape Payroll plugin, follow the steps below:

  1. Create and copy an API key that includes the Query endpoint.

  2. In PeopleHR, click Plugins then click New Requests.

  3. Click Payescape Payroll and enter the API Key.

  4. Enter the Payroll Start and End date, and specify the country you are in.

  5. To export employee data such as their first name, last name, start date and so on, click Export employee data.

  6. To export overtime hours based on Assignment Projects, click Export overtime data.

  7. To store the history of your last payroll changes, when running payroll live, click Live run.

  8. Click Submit.

📌Notes:

  • Once you create a new request, allow up to two minutes to view this in Requests.

  • To download any file attached to the request, click Download.

  • To repeat the same request, click Repeat.

  • If your request failed, to view the error details, click the log icon:
