You can report on the data by creating a timesheet query report.
A beacon is a small Bluetooth radio transmitter, powered by batteries. Beacons are similar to a lighthouse in functionality. These small hardware devices incessantly transmit Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signals. Beacon devices are proximity transmitters. The idea is that you would keep a beacon close to the entrance of your work place, or a specific office/area in the building, and an employee will be clocked in when within the beacon zone, and clocked out when leaving the beacon zone. It would be a piece of hardware.
The beacon details should be found in the device details that you are using.
📌Note: The way you are choosing and getting a beacon would be something outside of PeopleHR and up to your company's preferences.
