Manager - An overview of the Path to Great app

What can I do in the Team Path To Great tab in Access Evo.

With manager access, you have access to the following tabs in your Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) account:

  • My Path To Great.

  • Team Path To Great.

In this article, we give you an overview of the Team Path To Great tab.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you've enabled the Path To Great app and it isn't showing within Access Evo, to download it, click the +add apps button.

In the Team Path To Great tab, you can access the following features.

Position an employee

  1. From the employee drop-down, select the relevant employee.

  2. Drag the X and Y sliders to the employee's new position.
    Tip: Once you have set the position, a white dashed pulsing effect appears indicating that you haven't saved the record.

  3. When ready, click Save then click Publish.

    • Save: Saves the employee in the drop-down. The score isn't visible to the employee, you can continue to make any necessary changes.
      πŸ€“Tip: To save any employees where you moved records, click the drop-down arrow on the Save button then click Save All.

    • Publish: When you publish an employee, the record is visible to the employee in their My Path To Great tab.

    • Cancel: Cancel all of your unsaved changes.


Notes

Managers can use the Notes feature to track their thoughts on unchanging employees' positions to aid progressive one-to-one conversations.

To add a note, from the employee drop-down, select the relevant employee then click Notes.


Hover over

You can hover over employee's current and historical records which denote the status of the position.


Filters

  • View All: View all of your team's plotting on a graph.

  • Show History: View the history of all members on the graph.
